The Letter of Intent (LOI) to participate in the Vessel Transportation Module is a statement of a carrier's commitment to develop, maintain, and adhere to Customs performance requirements and operations standards as a participant in AES.

Interconnection Security Agreement
In accordance with implementation of the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Information Systems Security Policy, all participants that transmit electronic data directly to CBP's Automated Export System (AES) or Automated Commercial System (ACS) are required to have a signed Interconnection Security Agreement (ISA) on file with CBP.

LOI Registration
To register on-line, please complete and submit the form below. Please be sure to fill the form completely as missing information will cause delay in processing the form. Acceptance of this form by AES satisfies the requirement for a written Letter of Intent.
